In the only game, John Hourican’s second goal of the game, with 8:23 left in the second period, was the winner as Arlington edged Framingham 2-1.

Reading won twice in the North. Sean Crehan and Mateo Cappuccio both scored twice and Nick Marshall had two assists in a 5-1 victory over Wellesley – and Anthony Picano had two assists and Cappuccio snapped a 1-1 tie with 5:46 left in the second period of a 3-1 win over Winthrop;

Tom Vaziri scored with 1:54 left to give Parkway a 2-2 tie with Newton – Tashjian with both goals for Newton; Jack Sicurella scored twice and Joe Holgerson had a goal and an assist in Winthrop’s 5-2 victory over Lynnfield/Saugus; Bobby Gibbons and Cam Calocci scored third-period goals to give Triboro a 2-2 tie with Greater Lowell; Cael Kohan and Ben Rennick both clicked for 2-1-3 as Triton trimmed Lynnfield/Saugus 4-2; Money scored the tying goal with 8:36 left and No. 8 posted 1-2-3 as Lynnfield/Saugus pulled out a 4-4 tie with Lexington/Bedford, Caouette with 1-2-3 and Duren two goals for L/B; D’Ambrosio’s 1-1-2 helped North Andover past Newburyport 5-2; and Tyler Koglin had 2-1-3, No.190 also scored twice, John Donovan had 1-1-2 and Cal Barraclough two assists in Newburyport’s 7-4 victory over Andover – Drew Fietze with 2-2-4 and Luke Vaccaro 1-1-2 in the loss.

Winchester won twice in the South. Ryan Welch, who also had an assist, capped Winchester’s three-goal second period that led to a 3-2 victory over Danvers, Cole Dente also with 1-1-2 in the win – and Hudson Durant and Dente both scored one goal and dished out three assists, and Alden Martin posted 2-1-3 in a 6-2 victory over Tewksbury, Sean Lane with assists on both goals in the loss;

Chris Bonney’s second goal of the game, with 2:13 left in the second period, turned out to be the winner as Somerville edged Newton 3-2 – Cohen with 1-1-2 in the loss; Ryland Thomas scored the tying goal with 4:42 left and Mike McLaughlin posted 1-1-2 as Waltham tied South Boston 2-2; Cole Stone scored the tying goal with 8:58 left as Tewksbury tied Acton-Boxboro 2-2 – Nikolas Anestis with 1-1-2 for A-B; Mike Ayers capped a hat trick with his second late tally with 19 seconds left to give Agawam a 6-5 decision over Acton-Boxboro – Jimmy Ayers with two goals in the win, while Cooper Matthews (one assist) a tying goal with 39 seconds left, Anestis two goals and Colin Hatton 1-1-2 in the loss; and Mike Holt and Nico Russo (1-1-2) scored late, Russo the winner with 1:55 left to give Medford a 3-2 decision over Needham – Chris Klein with 1-1-2 in the win and No. 4 two goals in the loss.

NH East and Framingham both won twice in the East. Carter Renaud and Cooper Kinnaly scored 22 seconds apart in the second period of NH East’s 2-1 decision over Burlington – and Jack Ellis and Carlos Jones shared the shutout and Luke Randolph scored late in the first period of a 2-0 victory over Haverhill/Pentucket; Joe Martell scored twice and Tyler Hill had 1-1-2 in Framingham’s 5-2 victory over Wellesley – and Hill scored twice in a 3-1 win over Dedham;

Colby Scott set up three goals and Declan Murphy scored what turned out to be the winner in the second period of Methuen’s 3-1 win over SMS: Aiden Perachi snapped a 2-2 tie with 4:01 left and Pat O’Connor handed out three assists as Medfield trimmed Waltham 4-2 – Adam Haytayan with both goals and Ethan Boudreau assists on both in the loss; Justin Liona scored the tying goal with 3:28 left in the second period as Nashoba tied Melrose 2-2; Zoe Tow scored twice in Brookline’s 4-2 victory over Waltham – Ethan Boudreau with assists on both goals in the loss; and Mercuri clicked for 2-1-3 and Derby had two assists in Dedham’s 3-1 triumph over Medfield.

The Starhawks and Concord-Carlisle both won twice in the East. Mike Keefe had a goal and an assist and Jack Mahoney pitched a shutout in the Starhawks’4-0 victory over the Sharks – and Keefe scored two goals and set up two others and Tyler Kennedy picked up three assists in a 4-1 win over Triboro; David Romm and Zhihan Xu scored 43 seconds apart late in the second period as Concord-Carlisle edged the Crusaders 2-1 – and Gavin Cassidy wore the hat, Romm scored twice, Xu posted 1-1-2 and Tommy Drew had two assists in a 6-2 triumph over the Demons;

Anthony Leone and Sean Loughren both had a goal and an assist and Waltham scored three times in a 5:08 span of the second period of a 4-2 win over Triton; Matt Shea and Kevin DeMichaelis scored 1:28 apart, Nate Byers had 1-1-2 and Andover scored three in the first period and trimmed the Edge 4-1; and Scott Prospert and Ben Marceau clicked for 2-1-3 and Cam Brown had two assists in Concord’s 5-1 victory over Wilmington.   

In the West, Tim McGrath scored two goals and set up two others, Sajeric also had two assists and Luke Young pitched a shutout in Parkway’s 5-0 win over Billerica; Jackson Johnson clicked for 2-1-3 and Max Anderson had 1-2-3 as Reading downed Amesbury 4-1; Tom Perivolitis scored twice, Marc Calheta had two assists and Jakob Perivolitis came within 3:23 of a shutout as Acton-Boxboro topped Wellesley 4-1; Jack savage scored the tying goal with 3:35 left and Ryan Clunie had 1-1-2 as North Andover pulled out a 3-3 tie with Newburyport – Tom Bugler with two goals for Newburyport; Charlie Chinian scored four goals and set up another, Ethan Casavant delivered a goal in three assists and Kyle Therrien also posted three assists in North Central’s 6-1 win over Framingham; Emma Skafas scored with 2:11 left to give Haverhill/Pentucket a 1-1 tie with NH East – No. 3 scoring for NHE in the second period; and Tom O’Neill scored the tying goal with 3:13 left in the second period as Chelmsford tied the Sharks 3-3.

Greater Lowell had a win and a tie in the North. Gabriel Nieto-Osorio scored one goal and set up two others, Dylan Stoia scored twice, Brandon Johnson and Jacob Heartquist both had two assists and Reilly Quinn and Shawn Martell shared the shutout in a 5-0 victory over Stoneham – and Nieto-Osorio scored the tying goal in the second period of a 1-1 deadlock with Winthrop, Jared Vecchio with a first-period goal for Winthrop;

Jake Gerace dished out three assists and Derek Lacross had a goal and an assist in Groton’s 6-1 victory over North Reading; Brendan Gruenberg had two goals and two assists, Brett Palladino posted 2-1-3 and Dylan Divenuti also scored twice in Masco’s 7-1 win over the Edge; and Andrew Janowski scored what turned out to be the winner with 2:29 left in the second period as Brookline edged SMS 3-2.

In the South, AJ Ramey scored four goals, Pat Kilcoyne had two goals and an assist, Henry Grill posted 1-1-2 and Ed Hassler and Anthony Luongo came within 3:22 of a shutout in Belmont’s 8-1 victory over Arlington; James wore a natural hat and also had two assists and Anthony had 2-1-3 in Agawam’s 5-1 victory over Melrose; Alex Broadbent scored with 4:06 left to give the Cyclones a 2-1 decision over Twin City; and Brenan McDermott scored twice, Luke Ballard posted 1-1-2, Tommy DeCoursey had two assists and Drew DeFronzia pitched a shutout in Triboro’s 6-0 victory over Nashoba.

In the East, Alex Penning wore the hat and had an assist, Bryan Cary dished out three assists, Ian Burke had a goal and an assist, Jacob LeBrun had two assists and Joe Conway and Max Lowe scored 10 seconds apart as the Sharks trimmed Dedham 7-5 – Owen Renehan with 2-1-3 and Cam Landers 1-1-2 in the loss; Dave Peterson scored twice and Jacob Marsden had 1-1-2 as Woburn downed Wakefield 6-1; Dan Cohen had 1-1-2 in the second period, erasing a two-goal deficit and giving Dedham a 2-2 tie with Winchester, Mario Caloiero with 1-1-2 for Winchester; Chris Jones dished out three assists and Bryan Murray scored what turned out to be the winner with 5:12 left as Burlington edged Dorchester 4-3; and Chris Harding tied the game with 2:12 left and Alden Turner scored 25 seconds later to give Wellesley a 4-3 decision over Framingham – No. 91 with 1-1-2 in the win and Max Bauer and Ryan Swift 1-1-2 and Chris Moriarty two assists in the loss.

Medfield had a win and a tie in the West. Mathews scored twice in a 5-1 victory over SMS – and Storey capped a hat trick with 6:21 left to give Shrewsbury a 3-3 tie with Medfield, McNeeley with a goal and an assist for Medfield;

John Stacey pitched a shutout and Goggin scored in the second period as Hyde Park downed Triboro 2-0; Colin Scully assisted on both goals and Ty Lancaster scored what turned out to be the winner with 5:14 left in the second period as Haverhill/Pentucket edged Lynnfield/Saugus 2-1; Wilmington nipped Somerville 2-1; William Pollock wore the hat, No. 74 posted 1-2-3 and Jason Mallin had 1-1-2 as Beverly downed Medford 8-3 – Aaron Hickey with a goal and two assists and Cam Pigeon 1-1-2 in the loss; and Dylan Green pitched a shutout and Zach Ruffing scored late in the second period of Triboro’s 2-0 win over the Starhawks.

In the Central, Giorgetti scored twice as Concord-Carlisle edged Twin City 3-2; Gullage pitched a shutout and Duffey scored with 10:16 left as Parkway downed Natick 3-0; Evan Samiotes (natural) and Trevor Hovey both wore hats, Samiotes adding an assist and Dan Jacques had two assists in NH East’s 8-1 victory over Newton; Vitone clicked for 2-2-4 and Clifford posted 2-1-3 as Twin City topped Reading 8-3; No. 68 scored with 55 seconds left to give Brookline a 3-3 tie with Belmont – Mike Murphy with two goals and Nate Arnstein two assists for Brookline and Dom Frisoli two assists for Belmont; Nick Davidson scored two goals and dished out three assists, Drew Lavia posted 2-1-3 and Yeddiah Cramer and Nic Hart both had 1-1-2 in Newton’s 8-3 victory over Acton-Boxboro – Stevens with two goals in the loss; Sefko scored the tying goal with 6:50 left, just seven seconds after No. 9 had given Lexington/Bedford the lead, and Crane scored twice as Dorchester pulled out a 3-3 tie; Jack Drummey posted 2-1-3 and Nick Studley 1-2-3 in Reading’s 6-2 victory over Methuen; and Jenna Shutt came within 2:41 of a shutout, Henry Warren snapped Ryan Kelley’s shutout with 3:13 left and Sam Fried scored 24 seconds later as Framingham trimmed Wellesley 3-1.
