MITES

The Shamrocks had a win and two ties. Jake Cunha wore the hat and had two assists, Jack Ryan and Ryan Cullity both had two goals and an assist, Nolan Cardio posted 1-1-2, Max Bagtaz also had two assists and Nolan Harrison pitched a shutout in a big win over Warriors Griffin; No. 2 scored twice in the third period to give Warriors Madill a 2-2 tie with the Shamrocks, who got two second-period goals from Tommy Foley – and Matt Ulmschneider scored the tying goal with 2:08 left and Blake Wilichoski and Cunha both scored twice as the Shamrocks pulled out a 5-5 tie with the Vikings, who got a hat trick from Paul Ferrara and two assists from Antonio Bordonaro;

In the other game, No. 6 wore the hat and had an assist, No. 15 clicked for 2-1-3, No. 8 also scored twice and Evan Smith and No, 51 both also had two assists as the Scorpions edged the Vikings 7-6 – Bordonaro with three assists, Dom Spinale and Dylan Fife two goals apiece and Evan DeMayo two assists in the loss.


 

SQUIRTS

The Avalanche and Warriors Thornborough both won twice and the Tornadoes had a win and a tie in the North. Beaulieu wore the hat, Dalton scored twice, Beattie posted 1-1-2 and Roe pitched a shutout as the Avalanche scored a big win over the Wildcats – and Roe delivered a goal and two assists and Beaulieu set up two goals in a 4-2 win over Warriors Sheehan, Callum Howarth with 1-1-2 and Brent Yaffee two assists in the loss; Spencer Thornborough came through with two goals and two assists and Brady Sloper posted 1—12 as Warriors Thornborough scored a big win over Young Guns – and David Bosco scored one goal and dished out three assists in a 7-2 victory over the Devil Dogs; Rogers scored four goals and set up another, Murphy had 1-1-2 and Jamieson pitched a shutout as the Tornadoes topped the Devil Dogs 6-0 – and Fitzpatrick scored with 53 seconds left to give the Young Guns a 3-3 tie with the Tornadoes, who went ahead on Rogers’ second goal of the game with 3:10 remaining;

In the other game, Justin Thibert wore the hat, Brennan Walsh had a goal and an assist and Derek Perault two assists as the Wildcats edged Warriors Sheehan 5-4 – John Miga with 1-1-2 in the loss.

The Rangers won twice in the South. Cullen wore the hat and Larson pitched a shutout in a 6-0 victory over the Sabertooths – and Carmody’s second goal of the game, with 7:27 left, was followed by Cullen’s second 1:23 later and Cullity then scored with 2:31 remaining to give the Rangers a 6-5 decision over the Titans;

Drew Macauley scored five goals and set up another, Rocco Crescenzo had two goals and two assists, Jordan Medugno and William Maclaren both had 2-1-3 and Max Condon, Chris Grasso and Chris Panagakis all posted 1-1-2 in Top Gun’s big win over Warriors Mericantante; No. 8 wore the hit and Bolduc had 1-1-2 as the Titans defeated downed Blades of Fury 6-0; Kiely Murphy scored twice and Abbie Poole posted 1-1-2 as the Blades topped Warriors Mericantante 4-2 – Lava with two late goals to end Avalino Coffey’s shutout late in the game; and Cosmo Ciccarello had 2-1-3 and Nichols Iozza 1-1-2 as the Dragons nipped the Roadrunners 3-2 – Gavin Bennett with both goals in the loss.


 

PEEWEES

In the North, Gaudio wore a natural hat in the second period and added an assist, Daly scored one goal and dished out three assists and Geraghty came within 2:15 of a shutout as the Bulldogs topped the Vikings 5-1; and Jacob Duval and Tyler Killian both posted 1-1-2 as Warriors Griffin topped the Eddies 4-2.

Warriors Carlson won twice in the South. A. Norton clicked for two goals and an assist, Winship set up three goals and Machester scored twice in a 7-2 victory over the Redman – and Caiazzo wore a natural hat in 59 seconds, two of the goals 10 seconds apart, and added an assist, Winshop and Costa both posted 2-1-3 and Merril and No. 18 both had two assists in a big win over the Hornets;

Darren Ackerman scored two goals and set up two others, Joey Duggan wore the hat and Dom Romano had 1-1-2 in Haverhill’s 8-3 victory over the Rangers; No, 47 scored with nine seconds left to give Warriors Kneeland edged the Shamrocks 4-3 – Rinaldi with 1-1-2 in the win and Tyler Beals 1-2-3 and Caleb White and Matt DiZoglio 1-1-2 apiece in the loss; Pat Morris and Liam Sullivan both clicked for 1-1-2 as the Cyclones downed the Wildcats 5-2 – Brian Barry and Mike Maselli 1-1-2 apiece in the loss; Bissel wore the hat and had an assist, Tinkham snapped a 5-5 tie with four minutes left and Neary had 1-2-3 in Triton’s 7-5 win over the Hornets – Brandano with a natural hat in 41 seconds of the third period and Baker 1-1-2 in the loss; and Dalton and Connors scored late to give the Shamrocks a 2-2 tie with the Eddies, who got both goals from Collins.

In the East, Montenuto wore the hat and had an assist, Kennedy delivered two goals and an assist, Tringale also scored twice and Cantore had 1-1-2 in Medford’s 9-4 victory over the Falcons – Zack Grenier with two goals, Chris Pinto 1-1-2 and Matt Morelli two assists in the loss; Matt Preston scored with 1:24 left to give the Spartans a 2-2 tie with the Raiders, who got both goals from Bowen Shaely and assists on both from Ryan Harding; Pat Hall scored twice and Cole Kelley had two assists in Billerica’s 8-2 triumph over the Refugees; and Wood scored five goals and set up two others and Cloutman posted 2-1-3 as the Blue Wings defeated the Cobras 9-3 – Lucca-Alvarez with two goals and Sean Leetch 1-1-2 in the loss.

In the Central, Nick Isnor scored twice and Sean Heffernan had two assists as the IceMen topped the Spartans 5-2.


 

BANTAMS

The Blue Wings won twice in the North. Johnson wore the hat, LeGrand posted 1-1-2, No. 2 had two assists and Wenning pitched a shutout in a 4-0 win over the Black Bears – and Joe Melanson, who also had an assist, snapped a 2-2 tie with 4:36 left in a 4-2 victory over the Predators, Brown with 1-1-2 and J. Kourkoutas two assists in the loss; and Lopilato scored twice as Warriors Irving nipped the Predators 3-1.

In the South, Jeff Melanson wore the hat and had two assists and Madega came within four seconds of a shutout as the Blue Wings topped Lynn 5-1; Cicerone scored two goals and set up another in Somerville’s 5-0 victory over the Chiefs; and Ari Hain wore the hat and Long dished out three assists as the Tornadoes defeated the Sachems 6-1.

In the East, Cam Murray wore the hat and had two assists, Josh Bemis clicked for 1-2-3, Tyler Cullen and Jack Wile both posted 1-1-2 and Mike Anderson had two assists as Four66 topped the NE Stars 11-3 – No. 18 with all three goals and Sullivan two assists in the loss; and Gavin Sperlich pitched a shutout and Bailey Savage scored twice as the Wild trimmed the Icemen 3-0.

In the West, William Alworth scored the winner 56 seconds into the third period and Cam Marzilli had two goals and an assist as the Wildcats edged the Lightning 5-4; Sam Elliott scored four goals and Cole Ventre two to lead the Knights past Shawshin 7-4; Shea Adams pitched a shutout and Cam Katzenberger scored twice as the Blue Rangers topped the Lightning 3-0; Nate Bonsignore, who also had an assist, scored the winner with 7:08 as the Wolves scored all four goals in a 4:41 span early in the third period to charge past the Wildcats 4-3 – Pat Callahan and Trevor Ring with 1-1-2 apiece in the rally; Max Brown and Jarrod Lagrand both scored twice, Aaron Connollo had 1-1-2, Jack Sibel two assists and Brothers and Love the shutout as TAS defeated the Purates 8-0; and David Saia had 1-1-2 as Everett/Revere edged the Pirates 4-3 – Matt Giess with 1-1-2 in the loss.


 

HIGH SCHOOL

Central Catholic had a win and a tie in the North. Finneran snapped a scoreless tie with 6:53 left in a 3-0 win over Tewksbury – and Palen’s fourth goal of the game, with 3:57 left, gave Central Catholic a 6-6 tie with the Refugees, E. Defelice with 1-1-2 and O’Rourke two assists for C-C and Shea Champagne 2-1-3 and Cam Marks 1-1-2 for the Refugees.

JW Hockey had two wins and a tie and the Salem Ice Dogs (one loss), Andover Warriors and Chiefs (one loss) all won twice in the South. Adrian Sousa scored goals 2, 3 and 4 with 2:06, 1:05 and :24 remaining to give JW Hockey a 5-4 decision over the Grizzlies, James Luti with two assists in the won and Giodano (15) two goals, Goroshko 1-1-2 and Giordano (10) two assists in the loss; Bobby Delling and No. 39 both wore hats and added an assist and Nick DelTrecco had three assists in an 8-4 victory over the Central Catholic JV – and John Bresnahan snapped Peter Barry’s shutout with 58 seconds left to give Top Gun a 1-1 tie with JE, Nathan Landry with a go-ahead goal with 6:57 remaining; Rubin pitched a pair of shutouts for the Ice Dogs and Pascucci scored the only goal needed with 4:29 left in the second period of a 2-0 win over the Mad Men – and Scarpola posted 1-1-2 in the first 3:27 in a 4-0 triumph over Woburn; Anastasia capped a hat trick with 28 seconds left to give the Warriors a 5-4 win over the Win-Chiefs, Kobelski with two assists in the win and Benson 1-2-3 and Broderick 1-1-2 in the loss – and No. 9 scored with 6:44 left and then assisted when No. 6 1:34 later in a 3-1 decision over Central Catholic, Drew Fietze with 1-1-2 in the win; Baker scored what turned out to be the winner in a three-goals second-period rally that gave the Chiefs a 5-1 win over the Wild – and Simonetti had 1-1-2 in a 5-1 win over the same team;

Trevor Wilson scored two goals and set up another and Storm Davis had two assists in North Reading’s 4-0 victory over Woburn; Aidan Robinson wore the hat in Amesbury’s 5-2 win over the Hornets; PJ Lorenti scored twice and Matt Sharrio had 1-1-2 as the Friars topped Amesbury 5-2 – Begin with both goals in the loss; and Ryan Noonan scored two goals and dished out three assists, Sean Noonan posted 1-2-3 and Zack Sheehy also scored twice as the Alouettes defeated the Ice Dogs 7-0.

The Thrashers won twice in the East. Masta capped a hat trick and snapped a 4-4 tie with 3:52 left and Dearborn had two goals and an assist in a 6-4 win over the Warriors – Porter with 1-2-3 and Ratte two goals in the loss – and Schueler clicked for 2-1-3 and Kirk and Masta both had 1-2-3 in a 6-2 victory over the Blue Wings;

Freeman’s second goal of the gane, with 1:20 left in the second period as the Blue Wings edged Sanborn 2-1; Snook scored four goals and dished out three assists, Curtis posted 2-2-4, Defilipo had 1-2-3, Ippolito added 1-1-2 and Chancey two assists in the Lightning’s 10-2 win over the IceMen; and Kevin Morgan’s second goal of the game, with 3:05 left, gave the Huskies a 4-4 tie with the Chiefs – No. 12 with two goals for the Chiefs.

Toothless won twice behind a pair of Mike Padellaro shutouts in the West as Phil Parker wore the hat and had an assist and Owen Thornton scored twice in a 6-0 victory over the Lumberjacks – and Logan Davis scored in the first period of a 3-0 win over Burlington;

Luke O’Reilly scored the winner early in the second period as Woburn edged the Sachems 2-1; Terran Mazzaglia scored twice, Sean Devlin and Jared Smith both posted 1-1-2 and Tyler Barnhart pitched a shutout as the Huskies topped the Wild 5-0;Fred Soroko scored his second goal of the game with 2:31 left and Kyle Preble scored 29 seconds later to give the Bears an 8-7 decision over the Lumberjacks – Chris Spinazola with 2-2-4 and Chris Kolodziej 1-1-2 in the win and No. 46 and Gelinas hat tricks, No, 46 adding an assist, in the loss; Culbis-Marino wore the hat and had an assist and Nate Donaldson posted 1-2-3 as the Moose downed the Warriors 7-3 – Long with two goals and Porter two assists in the loss; Anthony Visconere scored the tying goal with 4:21 left and Connor Hill had two assists as the Wild pulled out a 4-4 tie with the Timbers – JR Lufkin with two goals and Jacob Haaman and Matt Lacroix 1-1-2 apiece in the loss; Lyle Murray scored what turned out to be the winner with 9:09 left as Amesbury Red nipped the Timbers 4-2; and Paul wore the hat and had an assist and Harrison clicked for two goals and an assist as Sanborn topped Amesbury 7-2.
